We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Kottayam branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations,
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure smooth business functioning.
Drive admissions, revenue, and branch performance by achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, coach, and develop the counselling and sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
Monitor enquiry management, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical recruitment practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and referral partners.
Collaborate with admissions, documentation, and operations teams to ensure seamless student processing.
Prepare branch performance reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews for management.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager in a Study Abroad Consultancy.




Strong knowledge of international education destinations such as UK, Germany, Australia, Ireland, Europe, Dubai, and other study destinations.
Proven ability to lead teams, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience using CRM systems and preparing sales and performance reports.
