Transcon Developers is seeking an energetic and articulate Marketing Executive (Fresher) to launch their career in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate is an eager learner ready to support 360-degree marketing initiatives, spanning digital campaigns, brand events, and administrative reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support: Assist with both online (social media, basic digital ads) and offline (brochures, print, local branding) marketing activities.
Events & Coordination: Help organize site events, property launches, channel partner meets, and vendor interactions.
Design & Content: Create basic marketing collaterals and social media posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Reporting & MIS: Maintain basic MS Excel reports to track daily lead flow,



site visits, and campaign inquiries.
Cross-Team Assistance: Coordinate closely with internal sales, design agencies, and external vendors for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Recent Graduate).
Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and design tools like Canva.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
