Compensation

CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA

Qualification
Graduation is mandatory.
Graduate from a recognized university.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Digital Agency Channel, Life Insurance, General Insurance, or Health Insurance.
Candidates with sales experience in non-insurance companies may also be considered.
Experience in building a territory from scratch will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve GWP (Gross Written Premium) targets for the assigned territory.
Recruit recent agents as per company guidelines.




Activate and develop existing agents.
Ensure training of agents as per business requirements.
Maintain business hygiene standards and compliance.
Drive business across diverse product lines.
Motivate agents and build long-term relationships with them.
Monitor competition and market developments.
Conduct performance reviews of agents and take appropriate action.
