Working Hours 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM | 6 Days Working | Sunday Off
ABOUT THE ROLE
Hands-on GeM role covering government tender identification, evaluation, documentation, bid submission and tracking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Search and identify relevant GeM tenders and opportunities.
Study tender requirements, eligibility criteria and specifications.
Evaluate whether a tender is commercially and technically suitable.
Prepare and coordinate tender documentation.
Handle online bid submission.
Monitor bid deadlines and tender timelines.
Track corrigenda, amendments and clarifications.
Handle Bid/RA processes wherever applicable.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial information.
Maintain a complete tender/bid tracker.
Track bid status and results.




Coordinate post-order documentation and related activities.
Maintain proper records of all GeM activities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Hands-on GeM experience is essential.
Positive understanding of government tender processes.
Solid documentation and attention to detail.
Good Excel/computer skills.
Ability to work within strict deadlines.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Ability to independently manage multiple tenders.
EXPERIENCE
2+ years of hands-on GeM experience preferred.
Candidates who have only theoretical knowledge of GeM and have not personally handled bids should not apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
