Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support the finance department. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting software like Tally.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
Prepare invoices and payment follow-ups
Manage GST filing and TDS entries
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Maintain vendor and client ledgers
Assist in monthly financial reports
Handle petty cash and office expenses
Coordinate with CA for compliance work
Ensure proper documentation and filing

Required Skills
Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Basic understanding of GST & TDS




MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
Valuable communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Time management and organizational skills

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred
Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting required
Freshers with good accounting knowledge can also apply
