Job Overview:

As our digital footprint grows across eCommerce and Quick-Commerce platforms, we are seeking a detail-oriented professional to serve as the link between our Finance department and the Marketplace operations team. In this role, you will manage digital seller portals, extract financial data, and ensure accurate platform reconciliations and invoice tracking.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Data Extraction & Reporting: Extract financial data, payout reports, and tax documentation from backend seller portals (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto).

· Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile marketplace settlement reports against internal order systems and bank receipts.

· Dispute Management: Identify operational discrepancies (such as incorrect commissions, logistical penalties, and missing inventory) and flag them for resolution.

· Invoicing & Compliance: Verify platform commission invoices, track credit notes,



and organize data for month-end accounting and tax filings.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the financial point of contact for the marketplace team regarding payment statuses and promotional advertising spends, ensuring clarity in financial agreements and report coordination.

Required Skills:

· 1–3 years of skilled experience in finance, accounting, commerce, or E - Commerce operations.

· Hands-on familiarity with major E - Commerce and Quick-Commerce seller portals.

· Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to manage large datasets.

· High attention to detail with a foundational understanding of payment reconciliation and digital invoicing.

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work in fast paced environment.
