Job Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and destinations.
Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals, and financial requirements.
Guide students through the admission and application process.
Handle student queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate with admission and visa teams for smooth processing.
Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
Stay updated with university requirements, intakes, and admission policies.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in education counseling/study abroad.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of study-abroad destinations and university admissions.
Solid sales, counseling, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and able to work in a quick-paced environment.
Good command of English and professional communication.
