Job Description

Lohia Jain Group is looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and providing information about our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Provide detailed information about company projects and services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up with prospective clients and schedule site visits.
Maintain polite and professional communication with clients.

Eligibility Criteria




Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support will be preferred (Freshers can also apply).
