Key Responsibilities-
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to production, planning, inventory and dispatch.
Handle production planning and monitor daily production schedules against targets.
Track production status, pending orders, material availability and delivery schedules.
Prepare and analyse reports using Advanced MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and other Excel functions.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain production data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Identify production delays, shortages and bottlenecks and follow up with concerned departments.
Maintain accurate records and support management with data analysis and MIS reporting.

Required Skills-




Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Valuable understanding of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
Solid analytical and data management skills.
Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Prior experience in Manufacturing or Foundry industry is mandatory.
Ability to handle production data and prepare accurate reports.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
