We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console. You will be responsible for increasing website traffic, generating quality leads, improving search engine rankings, and maximizing return on advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve website rankings.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Use Google Search Console to identify and resolve website indexing and performance issues.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Improve landing page conversion rates and user experience.
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO algorithm updates, and advertising platform changes.
Collaborate with designers, developers,



and content creators to execute marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
Strong knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Experience using Google Search Console.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO best practices.
Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with WordPress.
Knowledge of email marketing.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
Experience with Canva or other creative tools.
Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
