About our work culture : We operate out of our home , we have converted the kitchen into a cloud kitchen for the bakery. Induction is provided to every current joinee. The father is the baker, the daughter handles the marketing.

Selection: Telephonic Interview and Demo Session

Eligibility: Must know how to bake

Start Date: Immediate

Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM, 6 days a week

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 (performance-based)

Skills:
Proficiency in baking techniques
Time management and recipe adherence
Ability to work under pressure

Perks: Certificate of completion, LOR, performance-based salary
