Paint Store Engineer –

Roles & Responsibilities
Paint Store Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of the paint store.
Maintain proper stock of paints, primers, putty, waterproofing materials, and other related products.
Monitor stock availability and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure proper storage and handling of paint materials.
Billing & Documentation
Prepare and process customer invoices and bills accurately.
Verify product quantity, rate, discounts, and applicable taxes before billing.
Maintain records of sales, purchase, delivery, and stock transactions.
Coordinate with the accounts team regarding billing and payment-related documents.
Customer & Sales Support
Assist customers with product availability and basic product information.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer orders and deliveries.
Ensure timely processing of customer orders.




Material Dispatch & Delivery
Coordinate the packing and dispatch of materials.
Verify materials before delivery to avoid quantity or product mismatches.
Maintain delivery challans and acknowledgement records.
Reporting
Prepare daily sales and stock reports.
Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies to management.
Maintain proper documentation and MIS records as required.
Store Maintenance & Compliance
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Follow company procedures for inventory, billing, and material handling.
Ensure the secure storage of paint and related materials.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
