Business Development Executive (BDE) – Interiors, Furniture & Construction

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 5+ years of experience in furniture, interior, and construction projects. Candidates should be graduates with strong communication, coordination, client handling, sales, and business development skills.

Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Conduct calls, client meetings, market visits, and site visits.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.
Promote furniture, interior, renovation, and construction services.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop referrals and channel partner networks.
Identify current projects and business opportunities.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams.
Maintain customer and sales records.




Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate repeat business and referrals.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements
Any Graduate.
5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Experience in Furniture, Interior, or Construction industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Robust customer handling and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
