To manage accident-repair customers from vehicle reception to final delivery by coordinating inspection, estimation, insurance procedures, repair work, customer communication, and timely vehicle delivery while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Receive accident and insurance-related vehicles from customers.
Inspect vehicles and identify accident damages and repair requirements.
Prepare accurate repair estimates and job cards.
Explain repair procedures, estimated costs, timelines, and insurance coverage to customers.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors for vehicle inspection and claim approval.
Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, surveyors, and internal departments.
Obtain necessary documents for insurance claim processing.
Follow up on insurance approvals and supplementary estimates.
Coordinate with technicians, denting, painting, mechanical, and electrical teams.




Monitor repair progress and ensure work is completed within the committed timeline.
Provide regular repair-status updates to customers.
Ensure additional damages identified during repair are properly documented and approved.
Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Coordinate vehicle washing, detailing, and final inspection.
Explain completed repairs and billing details to customers during delivery.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of job cards, estimates, approvals, and insurance documents.
Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Achieve bodyshop productivity, revenue, customer satisfaction, and turnaround-time targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
