Preparing detailed requirements for products to be procured;

Implementing cost-saving strategies and evaluating suppliers to ensure optimal purchasing and supply practices;

Staying abreast of economic and competitive trends to anticipate market demand and price fluctuations;

Supervising and managing their team, if applicable, to achieve departmental goals;

Conducting negotiations and competitive bidding with suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms;

Exploring current market prospects and using advanced tools to enhance the procurement process;

Monitoring contracts in tandem with the legal team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;

Maintaining updated stock dashboards and implementing strategies to prevent shortages, effectively managing inventory levels.
