Position Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead OEM acquisition and relationship development in the Roadside Assistance (RSA) sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of the automotive ecosystem, strong OEM connections, and a proven track record in building strategic partnerships to grow RSA business across India. This is independent leadership role Key Responsibilities: Lead business development and strategic sales efforts targeting automobile OEMs (2W, PV, CV, EV). Identify new OEM partnership opportunities and drive end-to-end sales lifecycle: pitching, negotiation, closure, and onboarding. Work closely with Product, Ops, and Tech teams to tailor Roadside Assistance solutions for each OEM’s customer lifecycle. Ensure long-term relationship management with senior stakeholders at OEMs. Drive revenue growth, account expansion, and contract renewals with OEM clients. Monitor competition, market trends, and client feedback to enhance offerings and value proposition. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and performance reports. Represent the company at industry events, auto expos, and OEM reviews. Desired Candidate Profile 10+ years of B2B sales experience,



with preferably about 5 years in automobile OEM relationship, or Roadside Assistance industry. Strong relationships with automobile OEMs and decision-makers. Proven track record in enterprise sales, solution selling, and closing high-value deals. Strategic mindset with an ability to translate customer needs into service offerings. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Adaptable and adaptable to new-age, AI-driven technologies and platforms used for RSA operations and customer engagement. Ability to collaborate with tech teams and leverage digital tools to enhance client servicing and operational efficiency.
