Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Course Counsellor (Fresher/Experienced) to guide students in selecting suitable courses, provide career counselling, and support the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
Handle enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, social media, and online platforms.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.




Maintain student enquiry records and prepare reports.
Coordinate with the academic team for smooth admission and onboarding processes.
Achieve admission targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
1–5 years of experience in counselling, sales, customer service, or education is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
