About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who understands how to create content that grabs attention and keeps people watching. You’ll be responsible for editing high-performing Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, along with designing compelling YouTube thumbnails.

If you enjoy storytelling, have a strong creative eye, and love experimenting with new editing styles, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails.
Add motion graphics, text animations, captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music where required.
Maintain a fast-paced editing style focused on audience retention.
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to execute creative ideas.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and editing techniques.
Organize project files and deliver content within deadlines.
Take feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently.

Requirements
1–3 years of video editing experience (or a strong portfolio).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.




Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
Experience creating YouTube thumbnails using Photoshop or Canva.
Robust understanding of storytelling, pacing, and retention-focused editing.
Good sense of typography, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Robust communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Bonus Skills
Experience editing finance, business, or educational content.
Basic color grading and audio enhancement.
Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
