About the Role

NEXUS is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to manage HVAC projects, supervise site teams, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and workforce
Manage HVAC installation and maintenance projects
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients
Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
Monitor project progress and site productivity
Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively
Maintain site reports and documentation
Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems and installations
Ability to read technical drawings and plans
Team leadership and communication skills




Problem-solving and time management abilities
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Requirements
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor
HVAC industry experience preferred
Diploma or technical qualification is an advantage
Ability to lead teams and work under pressure
