The Sr. SEM Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns across major platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed keyword research, setting up and managing paid search campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting bids, budgets, and ad copy to achieve target KPIs. The role involves collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams to align SEM strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives and landing page optimization.

The Sr. SEM Specialist will analyze web analytics data, prepare performance reports, present insights to stakeholders, and suggest data-backed improvements to achieve better ROI. This role also requires staying current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in SEM and digital marketing.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience in performance-focused campaigns.




Proficiency in Keyword Research and managing Paid Search Campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to track and interpret campaign performance.
Ability to develop data-driven strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and manage budgets effectively.
Experience in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad copy creation for search campaigns.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications in Google Ads or similar platforms are an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
