Experience: 2 to 5 years

Industry: Fintech

Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction training for recent joiners at Mswipe
Deliver training on company

processes, policies & product features
Design training content, modules, PPTs and assessments
Conduct refresher and upskilling training for existing staff
Track trainee performance and prepare training MIS reports
Coordinate closely with Operations, HR, and Quality teams
Stay updated on Mswipe products, devices and payment solutions

Required Skills




Excellent communication & presentation skills
Solid knowledge of process & product training
Ability to simplify complex fintech concepts
Positive command over MS Excel & PowerPoint
Confidence in handling large batches

Qualification
Any graduate
Experience as a trainer/process trainer/product trainer preferred
Fintech or payment industry experience will be an added advantage
