Job Description – Assistant Manager - Sales (BMS System)

Position: Assistant Manager - Sales – BMS System
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Location: Ahmedabad – Local Only.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development activities for BMS solutions in the Mumbai region.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, builders, and end users.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Promote BMS/IBMS solutions including Lighting Control, Access Control Integration, Fire Alarm Integration, Energy Monitoring, and Smart Building Systems.
Build robust relationships with MEP consultants, system integrators, architects, PMC, and EPC companies.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal engineering and execution teams for project support.




Conduct technical presentations and customer meetings.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of BMS/IBMS systems and building automation solutions.
Experience in handling commercial and infrastructure projects.
Good understanding of ELV system integration and smart building technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Ability to manage key accounts and channel partners.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
