Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and professional Senior Captain – F&B; Service to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising service operations, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily F&B; service operations.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest requests professionally.
Lead, guide, and support Captains, Stewards, and service team members.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve them professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service operations.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance.
Train junior team members on service standards and SOPs.
Ensure proper knowledge of the menu, food, beverages, and promotions.
Assist in opening and closing duties and shift handovers.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the restaurant.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Captain / Captain in a reputed restaurant, hotel, bar, or hospitality establishment.
Robust communication and guest-handling skills.
Valuable leadership and team management abilities.
Valuable knowledge of F&B; service standards.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
