Job Title: Service Engineer – UPS

Location: Bongaigoan
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Attend customer sites for UPS installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer locations.
Close assigned service calls within the defined timeline.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
Prepare service reports and update job status.
Ensure excellent customer support and maintain professional conduct.
Coordinate with the service team for timely spare replacement and issue resolution.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of UPS, batteries, electrical systems,



or power electronics.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field service.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
