Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Help customers select suitable products.
Provide information about products, features, sizes, and prices.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Sales
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Explain product perks to customers.
Perform upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
POS & Billing
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Generate customer bills and process payments.
Handle cash/card/digital transactions accurately.
Follow proper billing and transaction procedures.
Stock Management
Receive and arrange merchandise.
Check stock availability and product quantities.
Replenish products on the sales floor.




Assist with stock counting and inventory activities.
Report damaged or missing products.
Store Maintenance
Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
Ensure products are properly displayed.
Maintain proper product arrangement according to store guidelines.
Team Support
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members.
Support daily store operations.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
