We are urgently hiring an Experienced International Customer Service Representative in UK Shift.

WORK SCHEDULE : MONDAY - FRIDAY

CANDIDATES HAVING WORK EXPERIENCE IN UK SHIFT ARE ELIGIBLE

EXPERIENCE : 3 YEARS IN RELEVANT FIELD

Job responsibilities :
Provide Support to customers worldwide.
Have to receive calls from registered customers and provide them with a solution as a service.
Incumbent has to follow a proper process which they will be taught during the training session.
Verification calls to the registered customers, as and when any queries arise from customer end.
Responding to emails from customers.
Verification calls to the registered customers who are enquiring or requesting for any medical certificate.
Will be overseeing live chat.

Requisite :




Fluency in speaking English
Fluency in English is mandatory
Mandatory Work From Office.
Candidates having Mother Tongue Instincts not allowed.

Experience :
Minimum 1 year - 3 years mandatory in international customer service.
Must have experience in working in UK shift.

Salary : up to 30k per month depending on experience and quality of the candidate.
