A reputed real estate company HTN DEVELOPERS PVT. LTD. based in Guwahati is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team.

Position: HR Manager
Location: Guwahati, Assam

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Coordinate with flat buyers, property buyers, and other stakeholders as required.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage team performance, training, and staff development.
Support overall office administration and team management.
Assist management in achieving organizational goals.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in the real estate sector.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the real estate industry.




Ability to manage teams effectively and work under pressure.
