Key Responsibilities
Prepare, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Develop baseline programs in line with contract requirements and project execution plans.
Monitor project progress against the baseline and highlight delays, risks, and recovery actions.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate progress updates.
Perform schedule analysis including critical path, float, and resource loading.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Forecast completion dates, manpower, and resource requirements.
Participate in project review meetings and present schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Support claims and extension of time (EOT) submissions with proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with company planning standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills




Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related discipline.
experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry (Residential, Commercial buildings, infrastructure, industrial projects etc).
Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Solid knowledge of project planning techniques, critical path analysis, and earned value management.
Familiarity with construction processes, methods, and sequencing.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
