JOB TITLE: General Manager — DRI (Production)

JOB TYPE: Full time | Permanent

Head sponge iron production across our kiln fleet —

3 x 100 TPD, 1 x 150 TPD and 1 x 350 TPD — at our DRI &

Power Plant facility in Ramgarh, Jharkhand. This is a

brownfield setup: the 100 TPD kilns are running, while

the 150 TPD and 350 TPD kilns are being commissioned. Own

production, quality and cost for the running kilns while

driving commissioning and stabilisation of the recent ones.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from

Govt. / NIT / Reputed Private College
Metallurgy background an added advantage
Minimum 10 years in DRI / sponge iron production, with

time at Production Head / HOD level
Coal-based rotary kiln commissioning experience strongly

preferred





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own production, productivity, quality and cost across all

kilns — including campaign life, accretion control and

consumption/yield
Commission and stabilise the current 150 TPD and 350 TPD kilns
Lead the production team, coordinate with support

functions, and ensure safety, SOP compliance and MIS

KEY SKILLS:
Deep knowledge of coal-based DRI rotary kiln process
Productivity, yield and consumption optimisation
Accretion control and kiln campaign management
DRI commissioning and stabilisation
Team leadership and shift management
Safety, SOP compliance and production MIS

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
