Salary :40,000-45,000

MUST HAVE SHOWROOM MANAGER EXPERIENCE IN FURNITURE FIELD

Sales & Collection achievement
Set performance targets and conduct regular staff evaluations.
Store Profitability
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Team Performance & Development
Visual Merchandising & Showroom Ambience
Customer Follow-up & Lead Conversion
Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Hands on experience in handling store operations / up-to-date retail functions
Proficiency in inventory management.
Knowledge of sales techniques and furniture / interior sales management.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or MBA with 4 to 5 years’ experience in showroom operations / retail stores especially in Furniture domain

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
