Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor all finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and false ceiling works.
Ensure finishing activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants for smooth execution of works.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper workmanship, alignment, level, dimensions, and surface finishes.
Prepare daily work schedules and monitor progress against project timelines.
Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, manpower, tools, and equipment at site.
Identify and resolve site-level finishing issues, defects, and coordination conflicts in a timely manner.
Maintain quality inspection records, checklists, measurements, and work completion reports.
Conduct snagging and de-snagging activities and ensure all finishing defects are rectified before handover.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, approved method statements, and project quality and handover procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
