We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer- focused Reservation Assistant to join our team and handle guest reservations, inquiries and provide excellent service across all channels.

What you will do:-
Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, website and online travel portals
Process bookings, cancellations and modifications.
Provide accurate information about rooms rates and offers
Maintain reservation reports.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest issues

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
