Junior Computer Hardware Engineer

Experience: 1–2 years
Location: Pune

Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and attend AMC visits and service calls.
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops and basic hardware issues.
Perform hardware repair, replacement and upgrades.
Install and configure computer systems, software and peripherals.
Provide on-site technical support to clients.
Maintain service reports and update job status after each visit.
Coordinate with the team for timely completion of service requests.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in computer hardware / IT support.
Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for field service calls.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Candidates from anywhere in Maharashtra who are willing to relocate to Pune can apply.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
