Club Manager – Anytime Fitness Location: Sector 43B, Chandigarh Job Type: Full time Job Description We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Club Manager to manage the overall operations and business performance of our Anytime Fitness club. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day club operations and member experience. Drive membership sales, renewals and revenue targets. Lead, motivate and monitor the sales, fitness and front-desk teams. Drive Personal Training revenue and trainer performance. Handle member concerns and maintain high service standards. Monitor daily/weekly KPIs, sales and operational reports. Ensure cleanliness, discipline, safety and brand standards. Candidate Requirements 3+ years of experience in fitness, hospitality, retail or sales management. Solid leadership, communication and sales skills. Target-driven with excellent team-management abilities. Fitness industry experience preferred.
