Role & Responsibilities Restaurant General Manager (Pizza Hut)
Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and develop the restaurant team.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
Monitor inventory, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent service experience.
Achieve business targets through effective team management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in QSR/Food & Beverage/Retail operations preferred.
Prior experience as Restaurant Manager/RGM/Store Manager preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
Valuable understanding of sales, operations, and customer service.
Ability to manage a quick-paced restaurant workplace.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
