Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating interviews.
Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee information records.
Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, incentives, and deductions.
Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR activities.
Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Assist with exit formalities, full & final documentation, and employee clearance.




Coordinate with management and different departments for HR-related requirements.

Required Skills

Solid organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/ERP systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
