Position: Finishing Engineer
Industry: Construction / Real Estate

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all finishing works at the construction site.
Coordinate activities related to flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, doors, windows, waterproofing, and other finishing works.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
Inspect workmanship and ensure proper quality and finishing standards.
Check materials and ensure they meet approved specifications.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site records.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.




Ensure compliance with safety requirements and construction procedures.
Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.

Required Skills
Knowledge of construction finishing works and materials.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Good coordination and site supervision skills.
Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Typically 2–8 years in construction/real estate finishing works.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
