Skilled Experience : Multi-year track record in data engineering, ideally combined with software quality management or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Technical Stack : Solid proficiency in modern data technologies (e.g., Python, SQL, Spark), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
Methodological Expertise : Proven experience in requirements engineering and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Leadership Skills : Experience leading developer teams and managing backlogs (e.g., in Jira or Azure DevOps).
Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Business skills : knowledge of SAP Material Master Data as well as EHS data model advantageous

Requirements Engineering :



Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into accurate technical specifications.
Reliability & Quality Management : Use software engineering methods to solve infrastructure and operations problems. Build stable, automated, and repeatable deployment pipelines; establish monitoring and testing standards, and guarantee data quality.
Team Leadership & Backlog Management : Lead a small development team, structure and prioritize the backlog, and drive sprint planning.

Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
