We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven City Manager – Coimbatore who can take ownership of city-level business growth, operations, sales, partnerships, and market expansion.

Job Summary

The City Manager will be responsible for building and scaling Cuatro Labs' presence across Coimbatore. The role will involve driving revenue growth, developing local partnerships, managing sales and operations teams, expanding distribution, and ensuring excellent customer and partner experience.

The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, target-oriented, comfortable with field work, and capable of building the city business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities1. City Business Growth
Develop and execute the Coimbatore city business plan.
Drive revenue, sales, market share, and customer acquisition.
Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
Expand the company's presence across Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
Analyze local market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
Sales & Business Development
Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, salons, pharmacies,



modern trade, and other potential partners.
Identify and onboard current channel partners.
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure solid product availability and distribution coverage.
Negotiate commercial terms and develop long-term business relationships.
Operations Management
Manage day-to-day city operations and ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, supply chain, customer support, and central teams.
Monitor inventory, order fulfilment, and delivery performance.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and processes.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage the city sales and operations team.
Set individual and team targets.
Monitor productivity and performance.
Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching.
Build a high-performance and accountable team culture.
Marketing & Local Brand Activation
Execute city-level marketing and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the central marketing team for local campaigns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
