About the Role

Mentor Bee Eduverse is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to promote our educational programs and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, tuition centres and other educational institutions.

This is a field-based role suitable for candidates interested in Education Marketing, EdTech, Business Development, Institutional Sales and Field Sales.

Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, tuition centres and educational institutions to promote our programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, counsellors and institutional representatives.
Generate leads through field visits, networking and institutional outreach.
Support student admissions and business development activities.
Coordinate with the Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams.
Maintain regular follow-ups with institutions and prospective leads.
Submit daily field visit reports and maintain accurate records.
Achieve assigned lead generation, outreach and admission targets.





Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and public speaking ability.
Ability to interact confidently with school and college representatives.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Education Marketing, Admissions or EdTech is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
