Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Delivered 2–4 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
Expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Web Services, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Extensive experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and working with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
Robust understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization, including:
Flows
Workflow Rules
Approval Processes
Validation Rules
Profiles
Permission Sets
Sharing Rules
Experience implementing enterprise integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
OAuth 2.0
Platform Events
External systems




Robust knowledge of Salesforce deployment methodologies, AppExchange packages, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools (Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Experience in customization of Salesforce standard functionality.
Good understanding of the complete Salesforce implementation lifecycle and packaged solution development.
Proficient JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS, and related web technologies.
Ability to independently drive solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience working directly with customers, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, or other AI-powered CRM solutions
