About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented skilled to lead and oversee shift fulfilment across our healthcare staffing operations. You will manage bookings-related email communication, coordinate with the bookings team, and ensure maximum shift coverage by aligning available staff with open shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the bookings email inbox to ensure timely responses and action.
Coordinate with the internal bookings/recruitment team to ensure optimal shift fulfilment.
Identify gaps in shift coverage and take proactive steps to fill them.
Liaise with healthcare facilities to understand and prioritize their staffing needs.




Track shift trends and help optimize workforce allocation.
Work collaboratively with team leads and recruiters to drive daily and weekly shift targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, customer service, or similar operational roles.
Solid organisational and calendar management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in healthcare staffing or workforce scheduling is an advantage.
Bachelors Degree is a must.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
