Job Responsibilities

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
● Understand client requirements and JDs in detail and develop effective sourcing strategies.
● Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
● Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
● Conduct initial HR interviews and telephonic discussions with candidates.
● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
● Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
● Handle salary negotiations and offer discussions to ensure successful closures.




● Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
● Meet hiring targets and ensure timely closure of requirements.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
● Stay updated with industry hiring trends, recruitment practices, and talent availability
. ● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
● Handle multiple requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
