KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Greenfield Architecture & Design: Lead 'To-Be' process modeling, blueprinting, and solution design for SAP Production Planning (PP/PP-PI) tailored to recent manufacturing facilities.

· System Configuration: Hands-on configuration of core PP components including Master Data (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions), MRP/MRP Live, Demand Management, Production Orders, Shop Floor Control, and Capacity Planning.

· Workshop Facilitation: Plan and execute client workshops to gather requirements, analyze legacy gaps, and present best-practice SAP standard solutions.

· Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate closely with MM, QM, SD, FICO, and EWM teams to ensure complete end-to-end process integration.

· Data & Migration Strategy: Define master data governance strategies, data mapping, and validation rules for migrating legacy data into a clean S/4HANA setup.

· Testing & Cutover: Prepare test scripts, coordinate Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and drive cutover execution through hypercare stabilization.

·Technical Specs: Author detailed Functional Specifications (WRICEF)



and partner with ABAP/CPI developers for custom builds and third-party integrations (MES/WMS).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSET

Core SAP Experience

· Experience: 5+ years of functional consulting experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).

· Greenfield Focus: Proven record of leading at least 2 full lifecycle greenfield SAP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA) from project inception through post-go-live support.

· Manufacturing Knowledge: Deep expertise in Discrete, Repetitive, or Process (PP-PI) manufacturing settings.

Technical & Functional Skills

· Advanced Planning: Experience with MRP Live, Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), and Kanban/JIT.

· Integrations: Direct exposure to integrating SAP PP with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or SAP DM/PP-DS.

· Variant Configuration: Hands-on experience with Super BOMs, Super Routings, and Object Dependencies is highly preferred.

· Secondary Modules: Functional understanding of SAP MM, QM, or PM/EAM integration points.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
