We are looking for a responsible and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, achieve business targets, and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations.
Lead, motivate, and guide team members to achieve organizational goals.
Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and business growth.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle customer, client, and employee-related concerns professionally.
Prepare and review reports related to sales, operations, and team performance.
Monitor budgets, resources, and operational expenses.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.




Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
Support management in planning and implementing business initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant managerial experience.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
