Job Description Office Basics | ColTec Global (A division of The Wisetree Network Pvt Ltd) Position: Assistant Manager – Finance Control Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3–6 Years Compensation: Up to 4.8 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for a Finance & Accounts skilled with strong core accounting and core Excel skills. The candidate should have practical experience in maintaining books of accounts and handling day-to-day accounting activities. Key Responsibilities  Handle day-to-day accounting entries.  Record and maintain expenses accurately.  Perform bank reconciliations.  Handle GST reconciliation.  Perform balance sheet reconciliation.  Ensure books of accounts are updated and maintained accurately.  Support accounting activities from an audit perspective and ensure books are properly maintained.  Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.  Support statutory compliance and audit requirements.  Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and quotations.  Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and auditors as required.  Handle accounting activities through Zoho Books.



Core Skills  Core Accounting – strong practical knowledge of accounting entries, expense recording, reconciliations, and maintaining books.  Core Excel – strong working knowledge of MS Excel for accounting-related activities.  Communication Skills – good verbal and written communication skills.  Zoho Books – working knowledge preferred. Required Skills & Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.  3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.  Robust attention to detail and analytical ability.  Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Preferred Candidate Profile  Strong accounting fundamentals with practical hands-on experience.  Good numerical and analytical skills.  Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.  Ability to coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
