Oversee procurement operations with a robust focus on farmer-level sourcing and supply chain integration.
Build and maintain robust farmer networks and sourcing relationships to ensure consistent and reliable supply.
Supervise procurement, grading, packing, cold storage, and shipment operations across locations.
Monitor and control operational costs including freight, logistics, packing material, and storage expenses.
Implement measures to reduce wastage and improve efficiency across procurement, packing, storage,



and shipment processes.
Coordinate with international teams, partners, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
Support commercial negotiations and execution of procurement and supply agreements.
Monitor operational performance metrics and ensure alignment with company objectives and international market requirements.
Drive digitization and technology adoption in procurement and operational processes.
