About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our recruitment agency and help us identify, screen, and coordinate candidates for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable profiles.
Meet daily/weekly sourcing and recruitment targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.




Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
