Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Telesales to lead and manage a team of telesales executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving team performance, monitoring calls, engaging team members, and ensuring excellent customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Telesales Executives.
Allocate daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to team members.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.
Conduct regular call monitoring and provide feedback for improvement.
Train and coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and customer communication.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing sales.
Track leads and ensure proper follow-up through CRM or calling systems.
Maintain discipline, attendance, productivity, and quality standards within the team.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.




Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and overall team productivity.
Coordinate with management and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor role preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel is preferred.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
