About the Role

Rinwera Designs is looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Fresher Merchandiser to join our team. This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to build a long-term career in the fashion and apparel industry.

We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is excited to develop a strong understanding of the merchandising and garment manufacturing process. As a Merchandiser, you will work closely with experienced professionals, factories, vendors, and cross-functional teams, gaining valuable exposure to every stage of the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of orders from development to final shipment.
Coordinate with vendors, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow.
Follow up on sampling, approvals, fabrics, trims, and production timelines.
Maintain merchandising reports, production trackers, and order documentation.
Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Support the merchandising team with daily operational activities.




Develop an understanding of garment manufacturing, sourcing, and production planning.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Interest in the fashion and apparel industry.
